Worthy of carrying our Governor’s Select seal, this cheddar honors our founder and former Governor of Wisconsin, W.D. Hoard. The Governor, as he was affectionately called, established the Hoard’s Dairyman Farm in 1899. Today, descendants of his original Guernsey herd help us bring you this remarkable cheese.
