The Green County Fair cheese contest is the largest county fair cheese contest in Wisconsin. In 2022, blue ribbons were earned by the mild cheddar in the cheddar division and St. Saviourin the semi-soft category. These two cheeses also did well in the international competition earlier in the summer.
